Customer complaint management

In accordance with the regulation specifying the rules of conduct and organization in accordance with the Capital Investment Code (Capital Investment Conduct and Organization Ordinance - KAVerOV), the capital management company must set up and apply effective and transparent procedures for the appropriate and immediate processing of investor complaints.

Investors in our investment funds can submit complaints that directly concern our company to our complaints officer free of charge.

The receipt of investor complaints will be processed immediately. If the processing time is expected to exceed eight days, the complainant will generally receive a confirmation of receipt from the company. If the processing time takes more than a month, the complainant will generally receive an interim status after one month.

Dispute resolution proceedings before the ombudsman's office of the Federal Association of Investment and Asset Management e.V. (BVI)

Consumers are natural persons who invest in funds for a purpose that cannot primarily be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity, i.e. who act for private purposes.

To enforce their rights, investors/consumers can take legal action before the ordinary courts or, if one is available, also initiate an alternative dispute resolution procedure.

In the event of disputes in connection with provisions of the Capital Investment Code, investors/consumers can call the “Ombudsman for Investment Funds” of the BVI Federal Association of Investment and Asset Management e.V. The entire procedure before the ombudsman's office is free of charge for you.

Warburg Invest Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH generally takes part in dispute resolution proceedings before this arbitration board.
